Rescheduling is subject to availability. Cancellation by Client: If you need to cancel a scheduled jewelry consultation, you must provide notice at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Cancellation by Alchemist Studio SD: In the unlikely event that Alchemist Studio SD needs to cancel a jewelry consultation (e.g., due to unforeseen circumstances, specialist unavailability, or emergencies), we will provide you with as much advance notice as possible and offer to reschedule the consultation at your earliest convenience or provide a full refund of any fees paid for the cancelled session.
