Return Policy

At Alchemist Studio SD, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below.
1. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-cancellable. These include:
Custom-Made or Personalized Items: Any item created or modified specifically for you.
Items Marked "Final Sale": Any item explicitly listed as "Final Sale" in its product description at the time of purchase.
Exception for Defects: While these items cannot be returned or cancelled, if your Final Sale item arrives with a manufacturer's defect or damage incurred during initial shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may offer an exchange for the same item or another resolution at our discretion, subject to availability and verification of the defect.
2. Standard Returnable Items (7-Day Return Policy)
For all purchases other than the Non-Returnable Items listed above, you may return your item(s) within 7 days of the original ship date for a refund of the purchase price, subject to the following conditions:
Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unused, unaltered, and saleable condition
Packaging: Products must be returned with all original packaging, tags, documents, and any included accessories or bonus items.
Return Authorization: You must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before sending back your item. Please contact our Customer Service team to initiate a return and receive your RA number.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your return and verify it meets the conditions above, we will process your refund.
Refunds are issued for the cost of the product only, less any discounts applied.
Shipping and handling charges paid on the original order are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong1 item sent, defective item).
Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Please allow [5-10 business days] for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.
Returns Outside the Standard Period & Restocking Fee:
Beyond the 7-day return period, Alchemist Studio SD is under no obligation to accept the return of any product but may, in its sole discretion, do so pursuant to this policy.
If a return is received after the 7-day period (and is accepted at our discretion), is missing items, is not in its original condition, or otherwise does not meet the standard return conditions, Alchemist Studio SD reserves the right to either refuse the return or accept it subject to a restocking fee of up to 20% of the original purchase price, at our sole discretion.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant (where applicable), please contact Customer Service within the 7-day return window to check availability and arrange the exchange. Exchange conditions are similar to return conditions (item must be unused, in original packaging, etc.). [Customer pays shipping for the exchange items].
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Alchemist Studio SD Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and details (a photo may be helpful). We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include a replacement, refund, or return shipping label at our expense. (Note: This timeframe is for reporting defects/errors upon arrival and can be set independently of the 7-day general return window).
